I am so glad you enjoyed reading the meditation and have taken the action to get your free download.

It is so much easier this way! Just relax back and listen.

This is just a very simple and relatively short chakra balance that you can do whenever it suits you.

Ensure you are able to relax completely and give it your full attention.

Keep an eye out for some of the more indepth and specificĀ  recordings I have madeĀ  – you may want to progress onto as time goes by.

    Can you recommend any practices for panic attacks (somatic fears related; breath, hearth death etc) when they hit? I enjoy your chakra meditation!

    @Emily, Hi Emily.
    If you can work out what sort of things trigger the panic attacks, then you can re teach your body how to react and give it an alternative before the panic attack can get into full swing. In hypnosis we use mental imagery and breath work combined. If you need more info, let me know.
