We may all be aware of the fact that meditation is recommended or found to be beneficial to us. I’m not so sure that we always know just why that is so. These are a few of the most common benefits according to HenochJournal.org.

Inner Peace, Cure Illness, De-Stress, Decrease Blood Pressure, Increase Airflow to the Lungs.

Whilst I might not go so far as to say it would cure illness, it is scientifically proven to have many benefits and certainly helps to promote healing and a sense of wellbeing.

I will continually add to this post some links that make interesting reading about the benefits of visualization and meditation.
