Chakra Healing – 5 Easy No Cost Ways To Bring Balance Back To Your Chakras
Chakra healing and its benefits is becoming much more main stream these days. No longer are the chakras considered mystical coloured spheres that only ‘alternative types’ talk about.
Naturally many complementary therapies mention the chakras directly, yet just about everything you do has some implication on your chakra energy
- whether you are conscious of it or not. They are linked to you on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
There are many ways of bringing your chakras back into alignment or balance – just as there are many ways that pull them out of balance! Here I outline some of the easiest and simplest ways to start to bring balance back to your chakras – don’t dismiss them because they are simple, as they truly are very effective. Your energy is directed by your thought power – conscious or subconscious and if you bring your mindful attention to these very simple exercises then they can produce quite profound experiences for you. (Just as much – if not more than simply buying a chakra balancing CD and listening to it once).
5 Simple Ways to Bring Balance Back To Your Chakras:
1) Relax! One of the very best ways to bring balance to all of the chakras as a whole and individually is to learn to relax. Not the sit in front of the TV kind of relax – although that can be ok at times – no for real benefit to mind body and spirit – learn to relax deeply. It is a completely different feeling. Our stressful lives can mean we hold on to a lot of tension, which blocks the natural flow of energy within the chakras and around the body itself. It hasn’t got to be full on meditation either – many people worry that they won’t be able to do it right. If you are new to it, just sit back and don’t try too hard, listen to some restful music, follow a guided meditation and let yourself drift off.
2) Breathe! I know it sounds silly – but just because we all breathe – we tend to do it by default. It doesn’t necessarily follow that we do it correctly. We tend to shallow breathe. A few simple breathing exercises and focused deep breathing can bring many benefits. Anything you do that is beneficial to your body, mind and emotions is of benefit to your chakras.
3) Get Outside! It is well documented that being outside, being close to nature in whatever guise is of great benefit to us. It doesn’t matter if it is a walk in the park, time at the beach, in the sea or just in your own back garden.
4) Move! Our bodies are meant to move. Changing our physiology can really change the way we feel and think! I know it is hard to believe but again it is well documented and if you try it you will realise it is true. Also our energy stagnates if it is left immobile. Physical exercise in any form, (don’t worry it doesn’t even have to be rigorous) is so good for us – it stimulates our thoughts, energy and our physical organs.
5) Have Fun! In our busy lives we call upon our serious, logical nature, with all our duties and responsibilities. We forget to have fun. It can seem almost wrong to take time out to enjoy ourselves and indulge in creative pastimes. Yet these very things feed our spirit and our soul to such degree. It is also in these free moments that we can better hear the ideas and inspiration, which will help us in our daily lives. The answers come when they are left un-chased.
Obviously it is a good idea that you understand your own energy better, then you can better determine precisely which of the chakras is most out of balance or requiring attention. You can do that simply and easily by downloading my free 39 page energy report. That also gives you direct access to the easy to follow Chakra Balancing Course – to make sure you get the best from your own Chakra Healing.
