Keeping The Heart Chakra Healthy
Although all of the chakras strive for balance, the Heart Chakra needs balance more than most. It is the chakra positioned between the lower and upper three. As such it forms the bridge between those upper and lower worlds.
The heart has an almost magical quality about it. It is an intriguing muscle with quite unique energy. Obviously it keeps us alive and is constantly pumping life force around our bodies.
Yet somehow, we can easily over work it, abuse it, restrict it. How much better would it be to consider and remember this vital piece of ourselves?
This article covers some simple things we can do to look after the heart: Healthy heart. Many of them are common sense and are of benefit to us in other ways too. I think if we can be more mindful of the things that feed us and nurture us and try to incorporate them into our day, we can feel physically good but also emotionally satisfied that we are treating ourselves with the respect and attention we deserve.
