Chakra Balancing Meditation – Read and Relax Right Away

Obviously for the best results, you want to remember this process or record yourself and listen to it – rather than trying to do the process whilst reading it at the same time. To make things even easier for you, I have recorded this simple chakra balancing meditation and you can access it for free today at http://chakrabalancingproducts.com/meditation/

Wow! I ran across this post this morning googling this topic. I tried it out and yes, I did feel refreshed. But several hours later I felt a little tired and took a nap. I feel into the most restful deep sleep for several hours. Is this also an effect of this type of meditation or was I just recovering from a brutal Monday at work?

Probably a bit of both I suspect! I often have a really good night’s sleep after a holistic treatment or meditation too.

This is a great meditation. I always learned to start at the top of the head and relax from top to bottom connecting the heaven energy with the earth energy and then it flowing through each chakra and body part.(allowing warm energy in and cold, stagnant energy to release through the finger tips and toes)

@Laurelanne Davis, Thank you! I like to vary my meditations – I don’t know about you but at different times I need different melodies/journeys/music. There’s a nice one I intend to add soon that merges the energies from the bottom up and top down.

    Hi
I saw a comment of yours regarding the Mindful Manifesto and thought you may be interested in a book I’ve recently published called LIFE HAPPENS. I’m a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who also works with mindfulness. The book is written for the public so it is very accessible, short and humorous. It includes 2 good quality CDs.

The book site is http://www.lifehappens-mindfulness.com and has been No.1 Bestseller for many weeks in mind-body medicine. It is also the Recommended Read on an international site on mindfulness http://www.mindfulnet.org. It’s received excellent reviews perhaps due to its being so engaging for those unfamiliar with the concepts.

    My professional site is http://www.cherylrezek.com

Do pass on the information to anyone else who may be interested.

    Regards
    Cheryl Rezek
