Mind Body Basics – Your Inner Intelligence

I came across an article today, about the Inner intelligence that rests within all of us. Although we may not always be consciously aware of the fact, we do have an inner ability, an inner wisdom that holds many answers. It just tends to be the fact that we have forgotten how to interpret those messages and signals. I often liken it to our body language, which gives tell tale hints about our subconscious thoughts beliefs and behaviours.

The article “The Basic Ingredients for a Healthier Mind & Body” – Deepak Chopra briefly outlines how we can lose the thread of the mind and body connection. How it is easy to not heed the signals, to misinterpret them. The article is chiefly focused around the food we eat, how getting regular mixed messages about foods can cause confusion.

It also goes on to give some advice on how to change your approach to healthy eating and a healthy weight will soon follow. Deepak Chopra also reaffirms the body’s ability to renew itself and that a new you is being created all the time.

The energy of the body is very much reliant on the foods you habitually eat and the patterns you have, think of it as a way to improve your chakra energy and balance naturally by eating in a more mindful and healthy way.
